FAQ
How many people can we have at the session
As many as you want! There is no limit to the number of family members you can have, from grandkids to grandparents, aunts and uncles!
Where are you based and do you travel?
BAC Photography is a Brisbane based portrait studio. We cover the Brisbane area only at selected locations. To see these locations go to our location page:
How do we get our photos?
All photos are delivered via an online gallery. 72 hours after your session, your beautiful, fully edited images will be added to an online gallery for you to access and download. You have 1 month to view and download your images from this gallery.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 1 hour portrait session, we deliver anywhere between 50 and 100 images. The more people, the more images we will usually deliver from your session.
How long after the session do we receive our photos?
72 hours! Yes that's right, 3 days after your session, your beautiful, full edited images are ready and delivered via an online gallery. If you have your session on a Saturday, by midnight on Tuesday your images will be ready for downloading
What happens in the case of bad weather?
In the case of bad weather or a storm, we will contact you on the day of or the day before your session to discuss options.
In the case of light rain or just overcast weather, we can still go ahead with your session... get your gum boots and brollies out!
If we cannot however go ahead with your session, then we will reschedule to the next available date.
Can we buy any products?
Yes, you can purchase products through our online ordering site when your images are delivered.

booking terms and conditions
Changes and Cancellations
Date changes are permitted due to illness or weather at no fee. All other date changes made within 24 hours of session incur a $50 fee.
Session fee is non refundable but is transferable to new dates.
